1.

Check in and Billing

  • When you arrive, let the staff know you've booked with TableTurn and show them your booking confirmation (digital or printed).
  • Double check the bill before paying to make sure the offer has been applied.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be used as payment for TableTurn bookings.

TableTurn Offer

  • The booking fee buys you the right to a discount on the food bill for 1, 2, 3, or 4 diners (as detailed on your reservation confirmation for the specified discount and restaurant, number of diners, at the date and time shown). It is not refundable or deductible from the bill.
  • Any special conditions will be detailed on your booking confirmation.
  • Beverages are charged at full price and are not included in the TableTurn offer.
  • Any applicable service charges will be calculated on the whole bill and are not subject to the offer.
  • Cannot be combined with any other offers, in-house specials, drink specials, discounts, or promotion.

Booking and Arrival

  • The TableTurn offer will not be upheld, and your booking fee will be forfeited if more than the number of diners stated on your confirmation attend the reservation.
  • All diners must arrive within 15 minutes of the booked time. The restaurant is not obliged to honour the discount or the reservation in the instance where you arrive at the restaurant more than 15 minutes after the time specified on your confirmation.
  • Bookings are for dine-in only to prevent over-ordering. Taking leftovers home is at the restaurant's discretion.
  • The restaurant decides where TableTurn diners are seated.
  • TableTurn bookings cannot be combined (max one table of up to 4 diners per booking).
4.

Changes, Cancellations, & Refunds

  • To amend the numbers of diners or cancel your booking go to the bookings tab or contact us at contact@tableturn.co.uk.
  • Check out our cancellation policy for further details.
  • Bookings cannot be transferred to another date, venue, or time.
  • No refunds, except when a restaurant cannot accommodate your reservation for any reason other than you arriving more than 15 minutes after the time specified on your reservation confirmation.
  • TableTurn reserves the absolute right to cancel and refund any confirmed bookings resulting from an error or incorrect information presented on the website, such as, but not limited to, availability errors.

Other Important Details

  • If the restaurant is licensed, diners will need to be the legal drinking age in that jurisdiction to enter, and the venue may require you to produce photo ID. TableTurn is not liable for missed bookings or any refunds related to failure to produce IDs.
  • Public holiday surcharges may apply — check with the restaurant.
  • You acknowledge and agree that we accept no liability for the accuracy or currency of menus, pricing, or photos provided by restaurants.
  • This reservation is not exchangeable for cash and is not permitted for resale.
  • TableTurn can amend the number of diners on Four+More reservations per the terms agreed with participating venues. The offer applies to a maximum of four diners. The discount will be applied at the venue's discretion for bookings of more than four. Please contact the venue directly for further information.
