Cancellation Policy

We understand that you can't always make your TableTurn bookings as initially planned. Our cancellation policy is designed to encourage you to make your cancellation sooner rather than later to give restaurants enough time to secure a new TableTurn booking.

All refunds are processed as a credit on your TableTurn account for you to use on a future booking and are valid for 90 days. Cash refunds are not available.

Cancel within 60 minutes of making your reservation

Cancel within 60 minutes of making your reservation and get a 100% refund on your booking fee as a credit on your account.

Cancel any day before the date of your reservation

Cancel before the day of your reservation and get a 50% refund on your booking fee as a credit on your account.

Cancel on the day of your reservation

No refunds are provided for cancellations made on the day of your reservation, even if a reservation is made for the same day and cancelled within 60 minutes of the reservation.

Fair use policy for cancellations

We want to make sure our users have the same odds of scoring the TableTurn offer at restaurants. With this in mind, TableTurn users are eligible for a maximum of three refunded credits in a rolling 30 day period, in keeping with our cancellation policy rules.

Cancelled tables

We always attempt to allow rebooking of cancelled tables; however rebooking may not always be possible due to restrictions set within the venue's reservation system. Unfortunately, we cannot determine this in advance.
